1 year in Real Ventures! Actually, I’ve completed my first year 15 days ago. However, as we never stop, I managed to write this text only today :)
It has been quite a year. It has been quite an experience. It has been quite a development. The change -extremely brutal- that happened in my career brought me huge challenges, huge responsibilities and huge rewards.
- Being a crucial piece on the business construction;
- Becoming an entrepreneur;
- Developing and leading people;
- Compulsory and fast development;
- Becoming a partner at 25 years old.
It has been 5 years in 1! The company has grown 5 years in 1 and I build the right path to become exactly the professional I have always dreamed of…
Extremely obstinate and hungry four learning and growth. This reflects directly in my personal life. I have learned not to accept ANYTHING rather than constant growth…
In one of those unforgettable moments throughout last year, I have heard from one of the greatest brazilian entrepreneurs (Mario Chady) the following sentence: “I do not judge the ones who are not engaged on growing, but I, particularly, find it completely boring.”
